Multiple Harper Construction Projects Receive LEED Platinum and Gold Certification

Harper Construction’s project at UC Santa Barbara has received a LEED Platinum Certification. Both the North Village and Gateway Towers received the highest rating in the LEED for Homes rating system. All together seventeen buildings on the project received the award. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system is used by the U.S. Green Building Council to assess the environmental efficiency of a building. In addition to the projects at UC Santa Barbara, the Student Service Building at Los Angeles City College recently completed by Harper also received a LEED Gold Certification.
