Bellamar Point Loma Project Nears Completion

Harper Construction has nearly completed Bellamar Point Loma, a mixed-use project located at the base of Shelter Island. The complex designed by Martinez Cutri Architects consists of 5,000 square feet of retail space, as well as 16 luxury living units located on the second and third floor. Dual master bedrooms, open living areas, and bonus room make up each of the 2,000+ square foot residences. Each of the single level living units features high quality appliance and fixtures. The community has many amenities, including a ground level secure parking garage, as well as a common courtyard complete with a fire pit and barbecue area. The project is scheduled for substantial completion on October 31st.
