New construction of an Elementary School Building intended for attendance by Fort Sill service-member’s dependents as well as the surrounding community living in the Lawton Public School District.  The school included instructional classrooms, cafeteria facilities, full service commercial kitchens, administration offices, support areas, indoor basketball courts, outdoor recreation physical education areas and also serves as a public tornado shelter. The site improvements included all necessary earthwork, paving, site utilities, site lighting, landscaping, fencing, drilled pier and grade beam foundations.
