Holmes Hall, built in the late 1930’s and approximately 23,000 SF, primarily houses the law and psychology departments. The project consists of modernization of the building; ADA upgrades and improvements, abatement and selective demolition, door replacement, new ceilings, lighting and general electrical upgrades, HVAC central air upgrade, new interior finishes to classrooms and offices,  and extensive structural modifications.
