Jeff Harper Meets with NAVFAC and AGC Leadership to Discuss Future of Naval Construction

Jeff Harper met with the Chief of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest along with other members of the Associated General Contractors of America San Diego Chapter to discuss the future of Naval construction in the western United States. On the national level, Jeff Harper has the privilege of serving as the Vice Chair of the Federal and Heavy Division of the AGC of America for the year 2020.
