Harper Construction Building in Fort Sill, Oklahoma

Harper Construction’s team in Fort Sill, Oklahoma is building the Reception Barracks Complex for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with a contract value of $60 million. Upon completion the project will provide 233,000 gross square feet of new building space, contain sleeping quarters for over 1,200 soldiers, and have one of the largest dedicated FEMA room’s on Fort Sill. The FEMA room will be over 7,600 square feet and have a men’s and women’s restroom. The project also includes a variety of site improvements such as a 20 foot wide troop walk, new landscaping, parking lots, a covered bus loading zone, and multiple covered training areas.
