Harper's LA Team Continues Work at West Los Angeles College

Harper Construction’s LA team has been busy making progress on a new building at West Los Angeles College Campus. The design - build project is part of the college’s campus improvement project. It consists of a new 4 story classroom and office building, 325 stall parking lot, as well as other site improvements. Harper has partnered with Sillman Wright Architects on this project for LACCD.
