National Association of Women in Construction

Harper Construction is proud to support the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Harper’s Design Administration Manager, Myrna Smith, will be serving as the Pacific Southwest Regional Director on the National Board. Myrna also serves on the San Diego Chapter’s foundation - Future Construction Leaders of San Diego. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to generating financial support for programs and services focused on educating youth about career opportunities in the construction industry and encouraging them to pursue careers in this field. The foundation has many programs including, Camp NAWIC, Block Kids, Design Drafting Competition, and an annual Scholarship Awards.
